Thank you for shopping with Million Maguva. This policy explains how and when your order will reach you.

Order processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). Custom, made-to-order, or pre-stitched sarees may require additional time; we’ll keep you informed. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Domestic shipping (India)

• We ship across India through reputed courier partners.
• Shipping is complimentary on all orders over ₹5,000. For orders below ₹5,000, shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout.
• Estimated delivery time is 4–8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Metro cities are typically faster; remote areas may take longer.

International shipping

• We ship to select international destinations. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
• Estimated delivery time is 7–21 business days after dispatch.
• Customs duties, import taxes, and any other charges levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by email/SMS to follow your shipment.

Delays

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we’ll help track it down.

Incorrect address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
