Refund policy

We want you to love your Million Maguva saree. We have a 7-day return policy — you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging — along with your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Email us at milliondesigns27@gmail.com or call +91 63058 63923 with your order number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns must be sent to:

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damages & issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can make it right at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items

• Custom, made-to-order, or pre-stitched sarees (including blouse-stitched or fall-and-edging attached on request)
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or had tags removed
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is being shipped into the EU, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, under the same condition requirements above.
